Uh oh.  Dilemma.  *gasp*  The sky is falling!  Or rather, I think I’m falling.  I’m falling for the Toyota Prius… =8  With each passing thought, the Honda Civic Hybrid CVT is growing smaller in my sight!  “I’m shrinking!  I’m shrinking!”  Got an opinion?  Speak now or forever hold your peace!  Well, if I want the Prius, it’ll be a 6 MONTH wait, so I guess I’ll have LOTS of time to think about it…

I think I’m basically sold on the Honda Civic Hybrid CVT (but I probably shouldn’t let the salesman know that).  Despite the Toyota Prius‘ superior fuel economy and feature set, I’m still a sucker for the familiar, namely, something that looks and feels like a Honda Civic.  =]  There’s probably a waitlist for both hybrids.  I think it’s funny how they have to keep advertising that the hybrids “never need to be plugged in” in order to combat the common consumer misunderstanding.

Got an opinion?  Is it possible to stall a hybrid with manual transmission?  Are there significant differences between the 2003, 2004, (soon to be) 2005 models?  Opal Silver Blue or Shoreline Mist?  I’m going test driving with dad today.  =]

I finally learned Tora Katsugi (literally, “Tiger Shoulder”) last night in jujitsu!  In my excitement about Jigoku Otoshi, I had forgotten about Tora Katsugi, which I had also never really learned yet until last night, even though it will be on my brown belt exam.  Good thing I went to class last night!  Phew!  So basically Tora Katsugi is a counter to a straight punch using a belt which is then used to strangle the opponent as you throw him over your own head and shoulders.  Whee!  You’d have to see it to believe it.  =]
